Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Relevant Exp. 5+ Years
  • Mandatory Skills
  • Experience in Admin, Configuration & Development related activities in ServiceNow.
  • Expertise level of understanding of ServiceNow is required.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Configuration/Development knowledge of
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Change
  • Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management,
  • Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
  • Fair understanding of content management, developing ESS Page.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically breakdown a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.

Good to have

  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
  • Experience on non-ITSM modules e.g., ITOM, ITBM etc.
  • Experience in Solution design and architecture design.

Detailed JD

  • Working on UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
  • Developing ESS page- Content Management
  • Writing various Server side scripts using Script Includes.
  • Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
  • Used ACL’s for controlling the security mechanism in ServiceNow.
  • Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains.
  • Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module.
  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the SNOW integration.
  • Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.
  • Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.
  • Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project.
  • Leading platform upgrades.
  • Configuring complex reports
  • Debugging of system logs
  • Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals.
  • Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
  • Drive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide
  • analytics.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: Remote
